Terms of Membership

• Operating in the Electricity Generation Sector: Individuals or organisations that will apply for membership must operate in the electricity generation sector and have a production licence in any resource type.

• Filling out the Legal Member Application Form: For membership application, you must fill out the Legal Member Application Form completely and accurately. The application form must be submitted to the secretariat of the Association.

• Membership Approval Process: Your application will be evaluated by the Board of Directors of the Association and membership approval will be given. Necessary examinations will be made during the approval process and the suitability of your application will be evaluated.

• Payment of Entrance and Annual Dues: In order for your membership to be official, you must pay your entrance and annual dues to the Association account. The amount of dues is calculated according to the tariff determined and announced by the Association.

In order to apply for membership and become a member, you must fulfil all of the above-mentioned conditions. Applications in accordance with these conditions are evaluated by the Association and the membership process is initiated
